This year, DEICO introduced a new tradition: Blue Day. Organized on our terrace, the event marked the closing of its first season and carried an extra layer of meaning as we also celebrated 12 years of DEICO.
Blue Day was designed as more than a gathering. It was a moment to step away from our daily routines, to recharge, and to experience the spirit of DEICO from a fresh perspective.
Why Blue?
Blue has always been at the heart of our corporate identity. It is the color of trust, inspiration, and innovation—values that shape our work every day. But this time, blue also became the color of celebration, laughter, and shared experiences.
By symbolically leaving the orange warmth of summer behind, Blue Day reflected the transition into a new season with renewed energy under the freshness of blue.
Highlights of the Day
-
Season Closing: The terrace hosted its final gathering of the year with a vibrant program.
-
Games and Activities: Colleagues joined lighthearted competitions and interactive moments that kept the energy alive.
-
Blue Touch: From small outfit details to the event’s overall atmosphere, the color blue added a distinctive signature to the day.
-
12th Anniversary: While Blue Day took center stage, it also coincided with DEICO’s 12th year—a milestone subtly woven into the celebration.
More Than a Day
Blue Day is not just an event, but a cultural marker for DEICO. It represents how we see togetherness: not limited to collaboration at work, but also expressed in celebration, creativity, and moments that stay in memory.
We believe this is just the beginning. Blue Day will grow into a tradition, returning every year with new memories and new ways of reflecting the color that defines us.
