Open Positions

We are seeking an “Electronic Design Engineer” to be a member of our Control and Automation Systems team;

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Graduated preferably from Electrical-Electronics, Electronics Communication or Control Engineering department of universities,
  • Experience in development and implementation of test automation and test scenario and system engineering processes,
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex circuit diagrams and creating test scenarios,
  • Experience in process automation, machine automation and electromechanical test systems,
  • Experience in DCS, PLC and Scada software,
  • Experience with Ethercat, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP protocols,
  • Proficiency in electrical and panel design drawing programs,
  • Experience in medium voltage – low voltage equipments,
  • Experience in servo drives and frequency converters,
  • Familiarity with military connectors,
  • Knowledge of concepts and terminology in military and civil aviation, avionics systems, defense industry projects and systems engineering,
  • Proficiency in design test equipment and remote-control usage,
  • Willingness to learn new technologies,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,

The new team member will be responsible for:

  • Reading, interpreting, and deriving system requirements from provided specifications, technical drawings, electrical circuit diagrams, operator or maintenance manuals, etc., to contribute to system solutions,
  • Determining verification methods and developing functional test scenarios based on system requirements,
  • Documenting and designing data collection system of electronic designs according to derived requirements,
  • Preparing and integrating system software,
  • Monitoring, analyzing, debugging and reporting validation activities on the test system,
  • Analyzing test results, providing feedback to relevant personnel regarding software and hardware components, and contributing to system solution improvement,
  • Participating in installation and acceptance activities in the customer sites,
  • Collaborating with the project management team during project execution, assisting with planning activities, and contributing to the implementation of project plans,
  • Reporting project discrepancies to the quality team during the project process and ensuring the delivery of project outputs in accordance with quality standards,
  • Contributing to relevant R&D and P&D projects as a system engineer,

As an Electronic Design Engineer at DEICO, you’ll be at the heart of our endeavors,

Responsible for:

  • Designing hardware architectures for devices and systems
  • Developing test, measurement, and control algorithms
  • Designing and developing software architectures for different systems
  • Integrating hardware and software
  • Documenting hardware and software solutions

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A degree from Electrical-Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or Control Engineering
  • A strong theoretical background in electronic systems
  • Theoretical knowledge in using test and measurement equipment (such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, LabVIEW, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in UART, I2C, SPI, RS-232/422/485 (preferably MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC-429) communication standards

To be assigned as a “Technical Sales Engineer” within the Sales Department;

Qualifications:

  • University degree in electrical-electronics, communication, control etc. engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in electronic hardware design, electronic system design or electronic manufacturing
  • Preferably used test and measurement equipment or have knowledge of the basic usage concepts of such equipment
  • Preferably experience in LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI and C/C++/C# programming languages
  • Preferably experience in Microprocessors, FPGA and DSP
  • Knowledge of test and measurement software, user interface software and test management software
  • Having good command of English (Reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Having driving license and active car driver,
  • Being a curious and sociable
  • Having good level of communication and presentation skills
  • Result oriented, with analytical thinking and self-problem solving abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to pre-sales and post-sales technical support requests from customers for products developed or represented by DEICO
  • To provide technical information about the products sold; ensure the installation and commissioning of products when necessary
  • Preparing and presenting product demos based on customer demands
  • Training customers on the use of software development platforms developed or represented by DEICO
  • Responding to technical support requests from the sales team or customers
  • Providing in-house technical training
  • Making customer visits with the sales team and technical presentations to customers
